It's been a great fishing trip here at Lake Concordia. The store has all the bait and tackle we need, plus gas for the boat. We put the boat in the water, got in a full day's bass fishing, then put in almost at our cabin's front door!
Speaking of cabin, ours is comfortable and very clean. They've thought of everything. We cooked our fish on one of the outdoor grills and ate in the comfort of a screened-in porch. The bugs stayed away, but the aroma from our grilled fish seems to have attracted a few of our neighbors.
Next time we may have to bring you girls. You'd love it out here! There are plenty of cabin rentals for everybody and they're roomy enough. There's a great sunning pier, and the kids could even fish for bream and crappie through the "trap door."
Gotta go jump in the boat for another round. Did I mention the lake is full of fish!
